Wunderlist: To-Do List & Tasks App Reviews

Please, redesign this app. Functionality is great, but design leaves much to be desired.

Perfect sync between devices. Could you sort tasks on smart lists the same way as in normal lists?

Lack of automatic login? The rest is perfect! The best Todo application in AppStore!

This is a great app and I use it all the time. There is only one complain, that when using it by desktop computer, it would be nice to have more shortcuts, to be able to navigate between different views lists, add notes, notes and edit the task. That feature would maximize my rate. You do a great work though, so please don’t stop!

Но единственная просьба сделайте интеграции с Evernote и IFTTT, а так же было бы отлично иметь в приложении возможность отслеживать время затраченное на выполнение задачи, т.е. запускать таймер в момент начала выполнения задачи и останавливать в момент окончания или перерыва. Так же было бы очень удобно иметь встроенный функционал управления временными ресурсами по методу «Pomodoro Technique» Everything is super !!! But only one request to make the integration with Evernote and IFTTT, as well as it would be great to have in the application to track time spent on a task, that is, run timer at the beginning of the task and stop at the end or break. So it would be very convenient to have a built-in functionality of time management resources on a method «Pomodoro Technique»

Light, free, easy to use, easy to sync. What else could I ask of? Perfect app

This has been a tremendous help in the daily tasks/events of my life. It has given me a more streamlined vision and direction of what needs to be done now and what can wait until later, all while having the capabilties of brainstorming ideas, taking notes, or getting the grocery list from my wife! Hands down best app around!

This is a very nice app, but there’s 1 thing that’s very frustrating to me, and seems like it would be a common sense feature. The ability to DEFAULT sort by DUE DATE. Please add a preference to have a default sort option. Seems that most people would prefer to view their list a specific way, for me it’s by due date. Yet, it doesn’t exist. If I check something off, it’s out of order again. You have to re-click “sort by due date”.

This app is a great tool for making to do lists with co-workers and also your with your family and friends. I like that you can invite different people to collaborate on different lists.

I use this on my iPhone, Windows 10 computer and MacBook Pro. I always have access to it - super important for when I randomly remember that I have to do something. I finally have ditched paper for this more useful tool

I JUST LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!! I USED TO KEEP COPIOUS NOTES…THEN LOSE THEM ALL…ALL MY LISTS, CARDS, NOTEBOOKS, SCRAPS OF PAPER...ALL OVER THE HOUSE. THEY WERE CAREFULLY FILED IN FOLDERS, DRAWERS, BOXES AND PILES. NOW I HAVE WUNDERLIST! I HAVE ALL MY NOTES IN THE SAME PLACE…AND I CAN FIND THEM!! THEY ARE ORGANIZED! THEY ARE ALWAYS NEAR…ON MY COMPUTER..ON MY I-PAD. THEY COULD EVEN BE ON MY CELL PHONE…IF I HAD ONE. SORRY, SENIOR CITIZEN—CAN’T SEE, CAN’T DO—JUST LEAVING THAT FOR THE ‘YOUNG’UNS.’ --- [PS. THIS IS IN ALL CAPS. IT HELPS US OLDSTERS TO SEE IT BETTER!! THAT ‘YELLING’ STUFF IS JUST ANOTHER WAY TO START SQUABBLES.] I LOVE THAT I CAN PRINT OUT A GROCERY LIST…ANY LIST. I’ve tried many similar apps/systems over the past few weeks including Evernote & Google Keep and Wunderlist takes the cake. I love the ability to sync between my MacBook and iPhone; anytime I think of a new task, I’m able to put it down immediately. Love the folders feature and being able to view tasks by day and week.

What would I do without this app? Ask my wife. This map helps me to organize my shopping list. Without it I would be divorced. It works well with no glitches.

I have tried using “Reminders” on my Mac - too simple, not enough fetures to help me. I tried using Evernote - too complicated; way more than I needed and therefore too troublesome to learn. When I tried Wanderlust…ahh, just right! A good mix of useful features without all the bells and whistles to distract me from just getting my list made. It links easily from my Mac to my iPhone so my lists are with me just about anywhere. I love the time reminders that ding or show up silently on my phone to remind me I have something important and time sensitive to do. The list view is clear and consise on my screen right when I open the app. No searching through screen after screen to locate my lists! Love it!

On macOS Sierra, the notification center has a light theme, yet this version of Wunderlist still has the old dark theme, making it stand out.
